Grazin’ Spirits, LLC was founded in 2017 as a true Farm to Bottle distillery in Columbia County, New York. Our passion for sustainable farming at Grazin’ Angus Acres turned into a passion for making the best drinks as well.

Thus, Grazin’ Spirits was formed.

UNBURDENED BOURBON WHISKEY

A classic, this bourbon is distilled using our Certified Organic Viking Corn and Certified Organic Malted Barley. This whiskey is barreled in air-dried, then charred, New American White Oak barrels that are handcrafted in the Adirondacks. Our “cuts” are extremely tight. This means that only a small percentage of the distillate is actually used for our Whiskey. The result is a very small yield, but an incredibly smooth spirit right off of the still. We sacrifice quantity for quality. Distinctive flavors of Vanilla, Caramel, Chocolate, Cinnamon and Hazelnut with an incredibly smooth soft oak finish. We want the best for our spirits, even right down to the labels. That’s why Terraskin was chosen – an eco-friendly, fully compostable (even the adhesive), biodegradable product label that isn’t made from trees or petrochemicals. As a matter of fact, it’s made from stone! So raise your glass and see how laid-back New York can be! New York State Grown and Certified. UNBURDENED VODKA

Our Vodka is carefully distilled three times by one man using our Certified Organic Viking Corn to bring out a unique, clean tasting Vodka. Incredibly smooth and well-balanced with just a hint of origin grain flavor, it is equally at home sipped neat or in any of your favorite cocktails. When kept chilled in the freezer it is deliciously viscous, buttery, and an ideal choice on a warm summer day. We want the best for our spirits, even right down to the labels. UNBURDENED GIN

If we had to describe Unburdened Gin in one word it would be “big”! Bold notes of juniper are quickly followed by intense citrus with cinnamon and nutmeg in a long developing finish. Sipped neat, complexity continues to develop long after your last sip. Mixed into a gin and tonic, the berries and citrus make it a very refreshing cocktail any time of year. UNBURDENED MAPLE INFUSED WHISKEY

A delightful spin on our classic bourbon this maple infused whiskey is distilled using our Certified Organic Viking Corn and Certified Organic Malted Barley. This whiskey is barreled in our previous bourbon barrels that were then filled with local maple syrup and then re-filled with our whiskey. Distinctive flavors of Sweet Maple, Vanilla, Caramel, Chocolate, Cinnamon and Hazelnut with an incredibly smooth soft finish. Tasting Notes: Maple, Vanilla, Caramel, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Coffee, and Hazelnut Ingredients: Water, Organic Corn, Organic Malted Barley, Yeast. Hand-bottled at 43% Alcohol/volume.

UNBURDENED VANILLA INFUSED WHISKEY

Our classic bourbon infused with Certified Organic Madagascar vanilla beans, which further enhances the desirable vanilla taste. We take pride in every step of the production, distillation, barreling, hand bottling and labeling of each of our spirits.
